"Barn Rules"

Remember, human safety first,

horse safety second,

and everything else is third.

• Helmets must be worn at all times when working around the horses.
• Boots must be worn when riding - no sneakers.
• Never hand feed the horses.
• Do not put hands through stall bars.
• Do not enter stalls or paddocks unless accompanied by a qualified staff member.
• No alcoholic beverages.
• No running in the barn.
• Absolutely no smoking.
• No chewing gum.
• No toys of any sort allowed in barn area.
• No inappropriate behavior.

Canterbury Trails is an entirely tobacco & alcohol free environment. We ask people not to smoke nor to drink any alcoholic beverages on the property. If anyone is observed smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages ANYWHERE on the property, they will be asked to leave.
